Pressure Switch Cable 72"

The Pressure Switch Cable 72" (Gecko) is the 72-inch wiring harness that connects the heater pressure switch to a Gecko motherboard on Arctic Spas. The longer 72" run is sized for spa equipment bays where the heater sits further from the controller than the Global wiring layout assumes.

When you'll need to replace it: Replace the cable when its insulation has cracked, the spade terminals have corroded, or you're already replacing the Pressure Switch and want fresh wiring on both ends. Cables age in the warm, humid equipment bay; bad spade-terminal connections give intermittent flow signals to the controller and trigger nuisance FLC error codes.

Will this fit my spa? Yes, on Arctic Spas with Gecko motherboards. If your spa uses a Global motherboard, you need the Pressure Switch Cable (Global) instead. Bring the old cable to one of our three Ontario showrooms for matching if you're not sure which board you have.

Quick tips:

• Always replace the matching pressure switch at the same time — they age together
• Route the new cable along the same path as the old one to avoid abrading against pump housings or hot heater bodies
